Where do you ship from?
We are shipping from Germany.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally. No problem. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact us via email.
Why do you require my phone number?
We don’t want your phone number!
Unfortunately, UPS is requiring a phone number for international shipping to ensure the package is delivered successfully. If there is a delivery issue, UPS will reach out to the phone number listed for assistance. Of course you can use a burner phone number.
If you’re from Germany no phone number is required and you can enter an invalid number if you want.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It usually depends. Most products are shipped right away within one business dasy.
The nodes will take usually a bit longer since they are built and setup from scratch. I usually ship them within 3-4 business days. (Bitcoin nodes are hand-crafted and setup manually.)
Keep in mind that the order can be in transit for a couple days depending on how far away you are located from Germany.
Can I order anonymously?
Yes, of course. Please pick Bitcoin as your payment method and enter a shipping address that cannot be associated to your home address, like a friendly store near by or a relay station. In the case of a relay station please enter all details for us to ship there. (Relay station address, Customer #/ID #)

You don’t have the color (combination) I want.
Please add your desired color in the order notes. If we can't do it we'll contact you.
Can I return my order and get a refund?
Absolutely, you can. We strive to satisfy every customer but should you not be satisfied feel free to return the products within 14 days. We will check the products upon arrival and issue a refund if applicable.
